What This Role Involves

As a Temporary Sales Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience, delivering exceptional service across our Cheltenham store. You'll support our sales team in creating a welcoming environment where customers enjoy browsing and shopping. Working part-time, you'll develop valuable retail skills whilst maintaining the high standards Frasers Group customers expect.

Core Duties

• Assist customers on the shop floor, responding to enquiries and offering product recommendations
• Process sales transactions accurately using till and payment systems
• Maintain store presentation, including merchandise displays and stock replenishment
• Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Contribute to a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment
• Support stock management and inventory activities as required
