Sales Host – New Club Opening

Position Summary

We're recruiting a Sales Host to lead customer engagement during the launch of our new club in Dublin 1. As a Sales Host, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective members, welcoming guests with professionalism and enthusiasm whilst presenting our membership offerings and driving sales. This is a unique chance to establish the standard for member experience at a brand-new venue and grow with the club as it develops.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome prospective members and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Present membership packages, facilities, and club benefits clearly and persuasively
• Conduct tours and answer questions about the club's amenities and services
• Process membership applications and facilitate the sign-up process
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries and membership conversions
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless member onboarding during the club launch
• Identify member preferences and tailor your approach to meet individual needs
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the club's membership growth objectives
