Senior Contract Manager

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Contract Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis, serving clients and projects across Dublin and beyond. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee critical contract lifecycles, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance across our infrastructure and project management operations.

About This Position

As Senior Contract Manager, you'll play a central role in protecting Turner & Townsend's interests whilst enabling seamless project delivery. This is a full-time position offering the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to contribute at the highest level from anywhere. You'll work with diverse stakeholders—from internal teams to external partners—ensuring every agreement aligns with our standards and objectives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements across infrastructure and project management portfolios
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle from initiation through renewal and closure
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
• Monitor vendor performance and manage supplier relationships
• Identify contractual risks and develop strategies to address them proactively
• Maintain comprehensive contract documentation and reporting systems
• Support project teams with contract guidance and dispute resolution

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Contract Manager or equivalent in infrastructure or project management
• Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement principles, and risk management
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with contract management systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
• Professional qualifications in law, procurement, or project management valued
• Clear communication and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment
