Client Support with French & English – Internship

Coface is seeking a Client Support Intern to join its București team on a remote basis, providing bilingual assistance in French and English. In this internship, you will support customers across Europe whilst working from your own location.

The Opportunity

This internship places you at the centre of customer success. You will provide essential multilingual support to Coface clients, handling their questions and concerns with professionalism and care. Working remotely from anywhere, you'll become familiar with our products and services whilst building your career in customer relations and international business.

Responsibilities

• Address client enquiries and support requests via email, telephone, and live chat platforms
• Diagnose customer issues and deliver timely, accurate resolutions
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions within our systems
• Provide assistance to both French-speaking and English-speaking clients with equal care
• Collaborate with colleagues to escalate complex issues and share solutions
• Contribute to knowledge base updates and documentation for recurring questions
