Program Consultant

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential sustainability organization in a search for a Program Consultant to join their residential energy-efficiency program team in Oregon. This is a 100% remote position within Oregon, offering the opportunity to build partnerships with community organizations, utilities, and government agencies while advancing equitable access to energy solutions.

Our client seeks a relationship-builder and project manager who can coordinate program delivery, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and provide culturally-relevant services to diverse residential communities. This role requires someone who is resourceful, resilient, and passionate about sustainable energy adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as administrator for a growing residential energy efficiency program serving utility customers in Oregon
• Coordinate and facilitate client, utility, and internal team meetings
• Contribute to program and project delivery with diverse external stakeholders including non-profits, utilities, and government agencies
• Maintain ongoing communications with clients, contributors, collaborators, and customers to gather feedback on program participation
• Provide oversight and guidance for implementation teams to ensure effective program delivery
• Prepare, analyze, and review reports and spreadsheets for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility
• Integrate strategic recommendations based on feedback from administrative and field staff
• Communicate complex ideas clearly across varied audiences through written and oral presentations

What We're Looking For

• 4–10 years of combined work experience in areas such as non-profit support, residential contracting, community organizing, environmental advocacy, energy efficiency, weatherization programs, or project management
• Strong writing, reporting, and presentation skills
• Customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate task progress effectively
• Strong attention to detail; organized and process-oriented approach
• Comfort working in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project management tools a plus
• Bilingual communication skills a plus
• Ability to work under stress, interruptions, and tight deadlines
• Problem-solving capabilities and analytical thinking
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Pay

Target compensation through Get A Job.ai: $70,000–$75,000 annually. Final offer will be determined based on your skills, experience, and relevant qualifications.
