About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS organization experiencing rapid growth across global markets. We're seeking a People Business Partner to lead regional people strategy for EMEA and APAC, based in London. This is a hybrid role requiring office presence two days per week, with occasional business travel for strategic meetings.
In this position, you'll serve as a key partner to leadership across multiple geographies, building foundational people processes while coaching managers through complex employee matters. You'll play a crucial role in supporting expansion initiatives and ensuring compliance across diverse international markets.
Responsibilities
- Partner with and coach leaders across all departments on performance reviews, compensation planning, team development, and organizational design
- Advise on complex employee relations matters including performance management, investigations, and grievances
- Provide expertise on local labor law and compliance across EMEA and APAC regions
- Support global expansion through entity creation and PEO arrangements
- Develop and implement foundational people policies, processes, and programs for EMEA and APAC
- Collaborate with US-based People Business Partners to ensure cohesive global strategy
- Leverage data and analytics to influence business decisions and inform strategic planning
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience as a People Business Partner, preferably in SaaS
- Deep knowledge of labor law in EMEA and APAC with experience in global expansion and entity creation
- Comfortable working autonomously in fast-paced environments and matrixed organizations
- Experience supporting multiple geographies including UK, Germany, Poland, and Singapore
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Resourceful approach to ambiguity with ability to balance competing priorities
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
