We are representing a confidential technology consultancy based in Hannover that specializes in cutting-edge solutions across security, monitoring, and modern web development. Our client seeks a Software Engineer to join their collaborative team working on system-critical applications in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and extend monitoring solutions based on Icinga
- Prepare, analyze, and visualize data, deriving actionable recommendations
- Build modern web interfaces using TypeScript and Electron
- Support the evolution of future applications using Angular
- Analyze technical requirements and implement reliable, maintainable software solutions
- Collaborate closely within sprint teams and actively contribute ideas and expertise
- Utilize modern development and collaboration tools including Git, Jira, and Microsoft Teams
What We're Looking For
- Completed degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
- Several years of development experience with Python and PowerShell
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux system environments
- Proven experience developing web interfaces with TypeScript
- Practical experience with Electron is ideal
- Knowledge of Angular or motivation to learn this framework
- Monitoring experience, preferably with Icinga, is a plus
- Proficiency with Git, Jira, and Microsoft Teams
- Initial practical experience with artificial intelligence and modern AI technologies
- Excellent written and spoken German is required for effective communication with German-speaking clients and project stakeholders
