Verantwortlichkeiten
- Telefonischer Kontakt zu Kunden, internen Mitarbeitern und Versicherungsspezialisten
- Koordination von Kundenkontakten und Terminabstimmung
- Bearbeitung und Pflege des Versicherungsbestands
- Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams bei administrativen Aufgaben
- Bearbeitung von Schadenfällen und Kundenanliegen
Wen wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Versicherungswesen oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Bestandsbearbeitung und Vertriebsunterstützung
- Freundliches, sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten im Kundenkontakt
- Ausgeprägte rhetorische Fähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
