About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential fintech client building the future of private markets infrastructure. They are currently building a talent pool for future Product Manager positions based in London or elsewhere in Europe, working remotely during UK/European business hours on a contract basis.
Our talent team is seeking Product Managers who can take end-to-end ownership of feature development, from initial concept through to delivery. You'll work at the intersection of design, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure the right solutions are built at the right time.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to capture and refine feature requests, translating business needs into clear requirement documents, wireframes, user stories, and technical specifications
- Own and prioritise the product backlog, balancing user impact, technical feasibility, and business value while maintaining epics, requirement documents, and detailed acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with technical leads to plan releases and ensure timely delivery, participating in daily stand-ups and retrospectives as part of the product development process
- Serve as the primary liaison between design, engineering, QA, and business teams, ensuring clarity on what's being built, why, and how success will be measured
- Communicate progress, trade-offs, and timelines clearly to internal teams and leadership, running demos and gathering structured feedback
- Contribute to product vision, roadmap planning, and goal setting while analysing usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in a fast-paced or early-stage environment
- Direct client-facing experience gathering requirements, managing relationships, and project managing delivery
- Strong command of Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as YouTrack, Notion, or Jira
- Ability to write clear epics, user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Basic UX/UI understanding and ability to collaborate with designers; familiarity with Figma is a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, including expectation-setting and cross-functional alignment
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where systems are still being built, while helping create necessary processes and structures
- Experience using analytics, user research, and experimentation tools such as Google Analytics, Posthog, or A/B testing platforms to guide decisions
- Ability to be proactive and available in a remote working environment
- Preference for candidates based in Europe who can work during UK/European business hours
