About This Opportunity
We are representing a leading digital marketing agency in Stuttgart that specializes in performance marketing and social commerce. Our client manages significant advertising budgets across paid search, paid social, and organic channels for over 370 brands. They operate their own eCommerce ventures alongside client work and are now building out their TikTok Shop capabilities.
This is an on-site role based in Stuttgart city center. Remote work is not available for this position.
Responsibilities
- Set up, connect, and provide strategic consultation for TikTok Shop implementations across multiple brands
- Build and manage a network of content creators by proactively reaching out via DM and email, negotiating partnerships, and maintaining long-term relationships
- Drive measurable GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) from viral content and shop integrations by tracking KPIs and deriving actionable next steps
- Develop campaigns and write compelling briefs that activate creators while coordinating content production to meet quality and timing standards
- Manage client deliverables, maintain timelines, and provide consultative support to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution across all TikTok Shop initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Practical experience with TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, creator management, or affiliate marketing
- Strong instinct for building relationships and winning people over for collaborative partnerships
- Comfortable communicating with clients and cross-functional teams
- Understanding of KPIs relevant to social commerce environments
- Proactive mindset—you identify open items and take ownership without being asked
- Independent, structured work style with solution-oriented thinking
- Eagerness to continuously learn and expand your professional knowledge
- Fluent German language skills (C1 level) for client collaboration
