Solutions Architect, CSP GTM

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Solutions Architect to focus on Physical AI and Agentic AI implementations with cloud service provider partnerships. This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge artificial intelligence and hyperscaler infrastructure, working directly with enterprise customers and platform partners across Germany.

As a Solutions Architect, you'll serve as the primary technical bridge between our client, their cloud partners, and end-customers. You'll work hands-on with GPU-accelerated computing platforms, develop proof-of-concept demonstrations, and build lasting relationships with technical executives who are transforming how organizations deploy AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate Physical AI solutions on hyperscaler platforms, working directly with developers and technical teams
• Collaborate with key customers and cloud service providers to understand technical challenges and architect optimal GPU-accelerated solutions
• Perform in-depth performance analysis and optimization for both training and inference pipelines on accelerated computing systems
• Partner with engineering, product, and sales teams to translate customer feedback into product roadmap insights and proof-of-concept evaluations
• Build deep industry expertise in enterprise AI architectures and contribute to integration strategies
• Present technical solutions to audiences ranging from developers and data scientists to IT managers and senior leadership

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• MS/PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related Engineering fields
• 5+ years of Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineering experience in AI-related domains
• Proven expertise with Physical AI solutions deployed on hyperscaler infrastructure
• Strong academic or industry track record in machine learning, deep learning, and data science
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with comfort presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Self-starter mentality with passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Ability to work effectively across multiple organizational teams including engineering, product, sales, and marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background developing Physical AI solutions and offerings using hyperscaler platforms
• Experience running and optimizing large-scale distributed deep learning training
• Expertise in inference pipeline optimization, including model compression techniques, model compilation, and model serving
• Hands-on experience with large transformer-based architectures
• Proficiency with DevOps technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Singularity
