Working Student/Intern Sales & Business Development (f/m/d)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS company in Cologne that is seeking a Working Student/Intern for Sales & Business Development. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing technology organization focused on industrial operations software.

We are looking for a motivated student to support sales and business development activities across the entire customer lifecycle. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic B2B environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, customer segments, and sales performance to generate actionable insights for portfolio and sales management
• Support lead qualification through structured research and data-driven assessment
• Maintain customer and opportunity data quality within the CRM system
• Contribute to international market entry initiatives through market analyses and competitive benchmarking
• Prepare commercial documents including quotations, order confirmations, and standard contracts
• Coordinate preparation, documentation, and follow-up of customer meetings and sales reviews
• Support marketing and sales activities such as campaigns, events, and digital initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Available for a six-month internship or working student position (shorter duration may be possible depending on experience)
• Previous practical experience through internships or student roles in customer service, marketing, or customer-facing functions is a plus
• Highly organized with ability to work independently and demonstrate strong ownership
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm for digitalization and willingness to learn B2B SaaS products
• Hands-on mentality with readiness to take ownership in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level or higher)
• Able to work on-site in Cologne at least one day per week (more time in office is welcome)
