AI Adversarial Specialist – Fully Remote | Upto $25/hr

Overview

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI research organization seeking an AI Adversarial Specialist for fully remote contract work. This position focuses on red-teaming conversational AI systems, generating high-quality safety data, and documenting vulnerabilities that help improve model performance. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Red team conversational AI models and agents, with focus on jailbreaks, prompt injections, misuse cases, and bias exploitation
• Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures, classifying vulnerabilities, and flagging systemic risks
• Apply structured approaches using taxonomies, benchmarks, and playbooks to maintain testing consistency
• Document findings reproducibly, producing reports, datasets, and attack cases that teams can act on
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to AI model safety improvements

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• Fluency in both English and Malay
• Prior red teaming experience in AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing
• Strong communication skills to explain risks clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred:

• Experience in adversarial machine learning: jailbreak datasets, prompt injection, RLHF/DPO attacks, model extraction
• Background in cybersecurity: penetration testing, exploit development, reverse engineering
• Knowledge of socio-technical risk: harassment/disinformation probing, abuse analysis, conversational AI testing
• Creative probing skills drawing from psychology, acting, or writing for unconventional adversarial thinking
