Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, high-leverage research content focused on AI strategy and enterprise architecture
• Create thought leadership that offers compelling, actionable recommendations for complex client challenges
• Research, analyze, and predict market trends in AI, data architecture, applications, and infrastructure domains
• Deliver high-value presentations at industry events, conferences, and client briefings (both virtual and in-person)
• Provide expert advisory services to clients through virtual and face-to-face interactions
• Conduct peer reviews of research content and collaborate with analyst colleagues across global teams
• Mentor and coach junior team members while driving research process improvements
• Build credibility as an industry expert representing methodology and strategy in the market
• Participate actively in innovation discussions and research agenda development

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience, with at least 2 years specifically in AI strategy
• Technical expertise in enterprise architecture across one or more domains: AI, data, applications, infrastructure
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; graduate degree strongly preferred
• Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated analytical capabilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation delivery experience
• Proven ability to analyze and synthesize complex data, apply frameworks, and defend conclusions effectively
• Experience working independently while collaborating across multicultural, global teams
• Strong organizational skills with ability to meet tight deadlines and produce high-quality deliverables
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Intrinsic motivation to mentor others and contribute to team success
