Trading Specialist- Greater Orlando, FL Area

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a Trading Specialist in the Greater Orlando, FL area. In this role, you will support investors with a broad range of trading, investment, and account-related needs through inbound client interactions. You will guide clients through market activity, process complex securities transactions including equities, options, mutual funds, fixed income securities, and precious metals, and provide education that helps clients make informed financial decisions. Your work will focus on building trust, strengthening client loyalty, and identifying opportunities to connect clients with appropriate solutions. Success requires breaking down complex financial concepts into meaningful conversations while maintaining regulatory compliance and accuracy in all transaction processing.

What We're Looking For

• Active Series 7 license (required)
• Series 63 license or ability to obtain within 90 days
• Experience in financial services, brokerage operations, trading support, client services, or related field
• Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, economic trends, and industry developments
• Understanding of securities transactions across multiple asset classes
• Ability to apply regulatory and policy requirements while delivering compliant support
• Consultative approach to uncovering client needs and recommending appropriate solutions
• Excellent communication and active listening skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Effective problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Primary residence within 90 miles of approved branch sites (Orlando and The Villages) at time of application
