Product Manager, eCommerce Solutions (all genders)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential travel technology client seeking a Product Manager to join their eCommerce Solutions team. This role focuses on enhancing a white-label online booking platform used by partners worldwide to facilitate ground transportation bookings.

We're looking for candidates based in Berlin, Germany. This is a remote-first position with opportunities to collaborate at the company's headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the product roadmap by coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Achieve on-time delivery of planned iterations and releases while meeting project milestones
• Maintain a well-defined and prioritized backlog of user stories aligned with customer needs and business objectives
• Establish strong communication channels with stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of product vision, progress, and timelines
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships through clear, structured, and consistent communication
• Drive continuous product improvement through data analysis, user feedback, and iterative development cycles
• Monitor and analyze key product and team KPIs to identify enhancement opportunities
• Utilize data insights to prioritize features with the highest impact on user satisfaction and business goals
• Implement iterative development practices, adjusting priorities based on real-time feedback and market conditions

What We're Looking For

• At least 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• User-centric thinking with the ability to empathize with users and prioritize features based on value and impact
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product vision and requirements
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, for managing iterative development
• Hands-on experience writing user stories that capture user needs, acceptance criteria, and business value
• Technical understanding to translate requirements into actionable tasks for development teams
• Data-driven decision-making skills using analytics to monitor KPIs and identify improvement areas
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find creative solutions
• Adaptability to embrace change and respond to evolving user needs and market trends
• Experience with B2C products is a plus
