Product Manager – POS & Fiscalization (m/f/d)

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a leading European technology organization in the secure storage and embedded systems sector. They are seeking a Product Manager – POS & Fiscalization to drive business development and technical solutions for point-of-sale systems and fiscal compliance requirements in the German and European markets.

This role combines strategic business development with deep technical engagement. You'll work directly with POS manufacturers, software providers, resellers, payment providers, and strategic customers to develop and implement fiscal solutions from initial concept through successful deployment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting to customers on fiscal compliance implementations, POS architectures, and integration concepts
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with POS manufacturers, software vendors, resellers, payment providers, and strategic accounts
• Manage opportunities from initial customer contact through technical evaluation, integration, commercial negotiation, and rollout
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and technical teams on customer evaluations and projects
• Develop customer-specific solutions, account plans, and business cases while steering complex customer projects
• Take commercial responsibility for agreed revenue and profitability targets, supporting pricing and commercial negotiations
• Monitor the German and European POS and fiscalization markets to identify new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in POS, retail technology, payment systems, fiscalization, or comparable technical B2B solutions
• Proven track record in business development or project management of technically complex solutions
• Solid practical knowledge of the German fiscalization market, especially TSE (technical security equipment), POS integration, and tax compliance requirements
• Demonstrable experience implementing or supporting fiscal solutions in POS environments
• Strong technical understanding of POS architectures, APIs, cloud services, and hardware integrations
• Experience collaborating with POS manufacturers, software providers, resellers, or system integrators; existing network in the German and European POS and fiscalization markets is a significant advantage
• Ability to discuss technical integration topics with developers and architects while negotiating business cases with senior management and customers
• Entrepreneurial, independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented work style with strong communication and negotiation skills in complex customer and project environments
• Fluent German and very good English required
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
