Content Writer:in Pflege m/f/x – Telzeit / Werkstudent:in (Remote)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential education-technology organization seeking a Content Writer for Healthcare Professions (m/f/x) on a part-time or working student basis. This is a fully remote position based in Munich.

In this role, you will:

• Create educational content including summaries, interactive explanations, and exercises focused on professional nursing and healthcare topics
• Collaborate with designers to build learning modules incorporating images, animations, formulas, and graphics
• Utilize AI tools to develop and assemble content efficiently and innovatively
• Plan and structure content tailored to nursing education programs
• Work closely with sales teams to present educational content to nursing schools and healthcare facilities
• Contribute approximately 15-20 hours per week to content development initiatives

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Completed training or certification as a healthcare professional (Pflegefachperson)
• Passion for education and ability to communicate complex healthcare concepts in accessible language
• Demonstrated experience and enthusiasm for working with artificial intelligence tools
• Strong communication skills with ability to break down complex topics into clear, understandable content
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines while working 15-20 hours weekly
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities in an agile environment
• Fluent German and very good English (company communication conducted in English)
• Team-oriented mindset with collaborative working style

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience as a practical instructor (Praxisanleiter:in) or teacher in a nursing school
• Studies in medicine or teaching/education
• Practical experience across multiple hospital departments or healthcare settings

Pay

This is a part-time or working student position with compensation based on experience. Our client offers hourly rates starting at €15 per hour, with the possibility of up to €17 per hour for candidates with extensive relevant experience. Compensation is reviewed at least annually.
