Role Overview

As a caregiver or CNA with Phoenix Home Care and Hospice in Newton, Kansas, you'll deliver direct patient care in home and hospice settings throughout the area. This full-time position focuses on assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring their wellbeing, and supporting families during important life transitions. Working as part of our interdisciplinary team, you'll ensure patients receive dignified, compassionate care tailored to their individual needs.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
