About the Role
As an Account Support Specialist, you'll serve as a key point of contact for corporate clients using FCM's travel management services. You'll combine relationship management with operational expertise to ensure clients receive responsive, high-quality support for their national and global travel needs. This role bridges client success and internal operations, working collaboratively with travel coordinators, managers, and leadership to resolve issues and enhance the client experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day account communications and inquiries from corporate clients
- Process and coordinate travel requests and program updates for assigned accounts
- Resolve client concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Support travel program compliance and policy adherence
- Prepare account reports and documentation as needed
- Maintain accurate account records and client information
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service delivery
