Join Delivery Hero as an Incubation & Onboarding Business specialist in a full-time remote role, supporting our merchant and logistics network based in Buenos Aires, AR.

Role Overview

This role focuses on scaling our merchant ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, and successfully integrating new restaurant and business partners into the Delivery Hero platform. You'll combine business development strategy with hands-on partner management to unlock growth opportunities in competitive markets, ensuring every new partner is set up for sustainable success on our network.

Core Duties

• Source and qualify new merchant and restaurant partners for marketplace onboarding
• Lead partner consultations to understand operational needs and customize platform implementation
• Manage the entire onboarding workflow from initial engagement through go-live and post-launch support
• Develop targeted business growth strategies and execute market entry plans
• Cultivate long-term relationships with restaurant owners, retailers, and logistics partners
• Track key performance metrics and partner health indicators to optimize retention and revenue
• Coordinate with operations, technology, and support teams to remove onboarding barriers

Requirements

• Demonstrated background in business development, sales, or merchant relations within food delivery, e-commerce, or logistics
• Proven ability to close partnerships and manage complex negotiations with business owners
• Experience balancing multiple partner relationships while hitting growth targets
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese preferred
• Working knowledge of marketplace operations, integration processes, and partner lifecycle
• Ability to thrive independently in a remote environment
• Comfort with CRM platforms and data-informed business decisions
