What This Role Involves

As Associate Dean, you will oversee the strategic direction, academic quality, and operational effectiveness of the School of Business. You will collaborate with faculty and industry partners to design and deliver programmes that equip graduates with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the modern business landscape. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and mentor faculty members to maintain teaching standards and encourage innovation in curriculum delivery
• Work with industry partners to develop and refine business programmes that reflect current market needs and emerging sectors
• Oversee student learning outcomes, assessments, and programme evaluations to ensure continuous improvement
• Facilitate experiential learning opportunities including internships, live projects, and industry immersion programmes
• Support student engagement, pastoral care, and career readiness initiatives
• Contribute to institutional planning and represent the school within college leadership forums
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive academic community that values research, creativity, and professional development

Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in business, management, commerce, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in academic leadership, faculty management, or programme direction
• Strong understanding of business education, curriculum design, and student learning outcomes
• Experience building partnerships with industry, corporates, and professional organisations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire and develop teams
