Adjunct Faculty Position for Business Administration (undergraduate and/or graduate)

Nebraska Wesleyan University, in University Place, Lancaster County, is seeking full-time adjunct faculty to teach Business Administration courses for the Fall 2026 semester. About the Role

This full-time adjunct faculty position invites you to teach Business Administration at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Depending on your credentials and departmental needs, you may instruct BUSAD 2000: Principles of Marketing (including two undergraduate sections) and/or BUSAD 5110, bringing real-world expertise and scholarly insight to the classroom.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver engaging course content aligned with departmental learning outcomes and contemporary business practice
• Lead lectures, seminars, and interactive discussions that develop student mastery in business administration and marketing principles
• Create assessments, grade assignments, and provide substantive feedback to support student learning
• Maintain regular office hours, advise students on academic and professional development, and foster inclusive learning environments
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure course quality and consistency with program standards
• Maintain accurate attendance and grade records in accordance with university systems and deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, or closely related discipline
• Professional or academic expertise demonstrating deep knowledge of business administration and marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain concepts accessibly to diverse learners
