Full Time Licensed Therapist – Minnesota

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital health organization that is expanding its licensed therapist team in Minnesota. Our client provides evidence-based mental health services through a telehealth platform, and we are seeking a full-time licensed therapist to deliver specialized care to members experiencing anxiety and related conditions.

This is a remote position offering clinical autonomy, robust professional development, and the support of a collaborative clinical team. You will conduct diagnostic assessments via video, deliver therapy using research-backed approaches, and guide members through their treatment journey with app-based support tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical interviews via video sessions to determine diagnostic impressions and treatment recommendations
• Provide evidence-based therapy through live video sessions and app-based messaging support
• Manage ongoing member care including scheduled sessions and as-needed check-ins
• Exercise clinical judgment to determine when external referrals are appropriate
• Collaborate with a network of psychiatrists and fellow therapists to reinforce treatment decisions
• Participate in consultation groups, specialized training, and peer mentorship opportunities
• Utilize technology platforms efficiently to deliver care and communicate with members

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree or higher from an accredited university in a behavioral or mental health field (social work, counseling, psychology, or related discipline)
• Full and unrestricted independent mental health license in good standing in Minnesota (LICSW, LPCC, LP, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies such as ERP, CBT, or ACT
• Knowledge and experience treating OCD with ERP and/or ACT is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to learn quickly
• Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to feedback
• Comfort with technology and telehealth platforms
• Confidential, private workspace with reliable internet access for remote work
• Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, fast-paced environment
