About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology client seeking a Fixed Network Technical Executive to join their operations team. This is a fully remote position based in the United States, requiring availability during UK business hours (12:00 PM to 12:00 AM PST).

Our talent team is looking for a technical professional with hands-on Fixed Network experience who can coordinate effectively across internal teams and external clients while managing reporting and invoicing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute Fixed Network (Technical Fix) operations with hands-on technical involvement
• Coordinate between internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Prepare reports and manage invoicing tasks using Microsoft Excel
• Navigate multiple software interfaces and systems simultaneously
• Draft professional emails and maintain clear written communication with all parties
• Work consistently during UK timings to align with client and team schedules

What We're Looking For

• Technical background with proven hands-on experience in Fixed Network operations
• Strong coordination abilities and excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and invoicing workflows
• Ability and willingness to work UK hours (12:00 PM to 12:00 AM PST)
• Comfort working across multiple software systems and interfaces
• Excellent written communication and email drafting skills
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office setup
• Previous experience with international projects and cross-timezone collaboration strongly preferred
