(Senior) Product Manager, Trust Platform- Core (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential identity verification technology company seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the foundational engine of their trust platform. In this role, you will be responsible for orchestration and decisioning logic, no-code studio experiences, and governance frameworks that make the platform robust and scalable.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Owning the core engine and foundational tooling, ensuring customers and internal teams can build, understand, and trust complex decision logic
• Managing the orchestration engine that handles conditional routing, failover mechanisms, and decisioning for robustness, scalability, and performance
• Driving continuous improvements in the visual builder interface that allows non-technical users to build complex logic without writing code
• Delivering high-granularity version control and audit logs so customers can see exactly why, when, and by whom decisions were made
• Optimizing developer experience through state-of-the-art API design, documentation, SDKs, and sandbox environments
• Acting as the primary interface for Solution Engineers and Customer Success Managers to ensure efficient deployment of custom setups
• Balancing execution and strategy by translating long-term platform vision into prioritized, well-sequenced roadmaps
• Continuously gathering feedback from internal teams and customers to identify gaps in orchestration, tooling, and documentation

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings 3+ years of product management experience at an API-based SaaS company, with end-to-end ownership of product strategy, discovery, prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement.

You should demonstrate:

• A strong mix of execution and strategy skills—comfortable defining long-term direction while also handling day-to-day delivery
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing ambiguity and constantly reassessing direction and priorities
• Experience with platforms, orchestration engines, no-code/low-code tools, or developer-facing products such as APIs, SDKs, and documentation
• Understanding of what makes a great developer experience and how to translate that into concrete product decisions
• Experience planning or executing customer migrations to new platforms, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical topics clearly to engineering teams, senior stakeholders, customers, and internal audiences
• Solution Engineering experience or similar background is advantageous given close collaboration with these functions

This position is based in Berlin or Munich, Germany, with flexible working arrangements and equipment support for remote work.
