Senior Product Manager,Trust Platform – Modules (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential identity verification technology organization seeking a Senior Product Manager to own platform capabilities that enable orchestration, integration, and data consistency across their trust and fraud prevention ecosystem.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with sales, solutions, marketing, and commercial teams to assess market needs and proactively identify customer use cases
• Lead end-to-end integration lifecycles for third-party signals including biometrics, device fingerprinting, PEP and sanctions screening, document databases, and credit bureaus
• Conduct commercial and technical vendor evaluations and lead RFP processes to ensure state-of-the-art platform capabilities
• Serve as the product counterpart to internal product teams, owning integrations and managing cross-functional dependencies
• Own dashboard and analytics features that provide customers with real-time insights on conversion, drop-offs, and fraud metrics
• Design unified data schemas and reusable data structures so signals from different providers maintain consistent definitions
• Enable internal teams to understand and navigate the platform effectively

What We're Looking For

Required experience:

• 5+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of product strategy, discovery, prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement
• Experience bringing new SaaS products to market, including go-to-market coordination and pricing
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Experience with platforms, orchestration, APIs, or third-party integrations in technically complex environments
• Strong relationship-building skills with customers and commercial stakeholders
• Track record leading vendor evaluations and RFPs across commercial, technical, security, and operational criteria
• Autonomous, pragmatic working style with experience launching, marketing, and scaling new products
• Ability to communicate complex technical and business topics clearly to senior stakeholders and customers

Preferred background:

• Knowledge and experience in digital identity, fraud prevention, risk, compliance, or regulated industries such as banking, fintech, insurance, or telecommunications

Location: Berlin or Munich, Germany

This role is not suitable if you:

• Prefer working on a single product in isolation rather than orchestrating a broad ecosystem
• Focus primarily on execution and backlog management in a traditional product-owner capacity
• Require highly structured environments where every process is already established
• Are uncomfortable with complex stakeholder environments and high degrees of ambiguity
