Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential organization in their search for an AI Integration Specialist. In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement an enterprise-wide AI strategy across all business units
- Identify and evaluate use cases for artificial intelligence throughout the organization
- Analyze and optimize existing processes through strategic AI deployment
- Introduce, configure, and manage AI tools and automation solutions
- Build and maintain AI-powered workflows and integrations
- Train and support team members in adopting AI applications effectively
- Serve as liaison between departments, leadership, and external service providers
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and provide actionable recommendations
- Ensure data privacy, compliance, and quality standards in all AI implementations
- Measure and report on efficiency and productivity gains from AI initiatives
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate brings:
- Demonstrated experience in business, IT, digitalization, or process management
- Strong interest and knowledge in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital business processes
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate or n8n)
- Structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language
- High degree of initiative and excellent communication skills
- Project management experience is advantageous
- Native-level German language proficiency
