Responsibilities

• Design and lead engaging experiences based on your unique skills or local knowledge
• Facilitate activities such as city tours, cultural workshops, fitness sessions, cooking classes, creative lessons, or outdoor adventures
• Provide safe, memorable, and authentic experiences for participants
• Manage bookings and communicate with guests through the platform
• Maintain high standards of quality and customer service
• Set your own pricing, schedule, and group size parameters

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of Newark, NJ or expertise in a teachable skill (cooking, art, fitness, history, mixology, photography, language, crafts, etc.)
• Enthusiasm for sharing your passion with others and creating memorable moments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Creative mindset with the ability to design unique, engaging activities
• Comfort leading groups in person or virtually
• Relevant expertise in your chosen area (whether professional training, lived experience, or deep local knowledge)
