Responsibilities
- Engage with qualified inbound leads through phone consultations

- Explain policy benefits, terms, and coverage options in clear, accessible language
- Complete digital applications and maintain accurate client documentation
- Utilize provided CRM tools to manage and track all client interactions
- Build trust-based relationships and guide clients toward confident insurance decisions
What We're Looking For
- Active Life Insurance License (required)
- Current Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance (required)
- Previous experience in sales or client service preferred
- Strong phone communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated home office space
- Availability Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling within business hours

Pay
