This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced legal technology professional to drive meaningful change across practice areas, leading the selection, implementation, and adoption of cutting-edge legal technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of legal technology initiatives from selection through adoption and implementation
• Identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements, translating user needs into innovative solutions using existing or new software platforms
• Develop, pilot, and roll out client-facing technology solutions that enhance service delivery
• Promote systems and tools across the organization through training, demonstrations, and change management
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the legal technology market, providing insight and thought leadership to stakeholders
• Deliver impactful metrics and analytics to demonstrate project results and ROI

What We're Looking For

• Degree-level education required
• At least 8 years of progressive legal technology experience with demonstrated thought leadership
• Proven track record leading project development and delivery in key technologies including AI, contract automation platforms, and RPA—from assessment through implementation
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels
• Strong motivation for cutting-edge legal technology with a solutions-focused and innovative mindset
• Experience working in or closely with legal practices or professional services environments
