Travel Affinity Group Salesperson (Colorado-REMOTE)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential travel organization seeking a Travel Affinity Group Salesperson for a remote position based in Colorado. Our client specializes in curated group travel experiences and is expanding their partnership network across the region.

This is a direct-hire, full-time role. Candidates must be based in Colorado, hold US citizenship or permanent residency, and be available to travel regularly throughout their assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies focused on affinity and group travel partnerships
• Identify, prospect, and secure new organizational partners including alumni associations, community groups, financial institutions, media organizations, senior travel clubs, and special-interest groups
• Build long-term relationships with group leaders, decision-makers, and program coordinators
• Conduct presentations and informational meetings for prospective partners and travelers
• Collaborate with partners to market and promote travel programs effectively
• Travel regularly within Colorado to meet clients, attend events, and strengthen partnerships (approximately 2–3 nights per week)

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in business development, outside sales, or relationship-based selling within the travel industry
• Experience selling to affinity groups is highly desirable
• Strong networking, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently while managing a sales territory
• Comfortable speaking to groups and building credibility with stakeholders
• Willingness to travel throughout Colorado, including overnight travel approximately 2–3 nights per week
• Must be a US citizen or green card holder; this role does not offer visa sponsorship
