We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join their remote team. This is a work-from-home position based in Namibia, ideal for professionals who combine linguistic expertise with a passion for customer success.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries across multiple channels including email, phone, and live chat
• Address customer questions regarding orders, product information, complaints, and general assistance
• Provide solution-oriented responses that turn challenges into positive customer experiences
• Review and assist with design and order-related queries to prevent issues proactively
• Capture customer feedback and relay insights to internal teams for service improvement
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent German language skills (C1 or C2 level) for customer-facing communication
• English proficiency for reading, writing, and internal team collaboration
• Current residence in Namibia with legal authorization to work
• Reliable fibre internet connection with stable connectivity
• Previous customer support or service experience preferred
