1101 | Incident Editorial Specialist (Day shift)

About This Role

We are representing a confidential technology client seeking an Incident Editorial Specialist to join their editorial operations team. This is a day-shift position based remotely in Ukraine, working from 12:00 to 20:00 Kyiv time.

Our client operates a global mapping platform that requires real-time monitoring and editing of road incident data. This is an excellent entry point into the IT sector—no previous experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. You'll gain valuable exposure to international digital projects while working with English-language data.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update information on road traffic incidents across assigned geographic regions
• Work with real-time data feeds from multiple sources simultaneously
• Record accurate incident details including location coordinates, direction of travel, and other relevant data points
• Update incident records continuously as conditions evolve
• Close and archive incidents once they have been verified as resolved
• Maintain data quality standards and follow established editorial guidelines throughout your shift

What We're Looking For

• English proficiency at B1 level or higher, with strong spoken communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when working under time-sensitive conditions
• Confident multitasking abilities—you should be comfortable managing multiple browser tabs and windows simultaneously
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Punctuality, sustained focus, and reliability throughout the 12:00–20:00 Kyiv time shift
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
