Senior Clinical Research Associate

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential clinical research organization seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate for a fully remote role supporting sites across Poland, Hungary, United Kingdom, France, and Germany.

In this role, you will monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites, ensuring trials are conducted, recorded, and reported per protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and all applicable regulations. You will coordinate study setup activities including identifying investigators, preparing regulatory submissions, and conducting pre-study and initiation visits.

As a Senior CRA, you will manage appropriately sized clinical trials and support study teams with larger scope projects. You will train and mentor junior staff members, interact directly with sponsor contacts, and participate in study planning activities. This position requires domestic travel including overnight stays, approximately 50-60% of the time, with possible international travel.

What We're Looking For

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
• CRA certificate holder
• Minimum 5 years of CRA/SCRA experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environment
• Experience monitoring clinical trials across various therapeutic areas
• Fluency in English and local language required
• Additional languages considered an asset
• Availability for domestic and international travel (50-60%)

Preferred qualifications:

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline
• Study start-up activities experience
• Understanding of financial management
