About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the professional services sector who is expanding their sales team in Moorgate, London. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in converting warm inbound leads into lasting partnerships. This is not cold calling—you'll be engaging with businesses who have already expressed interest and helping them understand the value of our client's platform.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone and email, ensuring no opportunities are missed
• Build rapport quickly with prospective customers and understand their business needs
• Articulate the platform's value proposition clearly and handle objections with confidence
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through to close
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management in Salesforce
• Share customer insights to identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive intelligence
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new members

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in inbound sales, direct sales, or account management
• Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Resilience and determination in fast-paced sales environments
• Strong ability to handle objections and move deals forward effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that build trust quickly
• Proactive, curious mindset with interest in market dynamics
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Location and Working Arrangements: This role is based in Moorgate, London, with a hybrid working model requiring office attendance 4 days per week. Please note this position is not currently open to visa sponsorship applications.

Pay
