About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential legal intelligence organization in their search for a Research Planning Manager based in Leeds. This is a newly created position that will take ownership of planning, scheduling, and delivery coordination across multiple research initiatives. Our client operates across several UK sites and is looking for someone who can bring structure and visibility to complex research programmes.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain master schedules across multiple research projects, ensuring all stakeholders have clear visibility
- Coordinate planning activities across teams and maintain realistic, achievable timelines
- Monitor progress against key milestones and deadlines, identifying delivery risks early
- Implement mitigation plans and manage timetable changes proactively
- Produce planning reports and scheduling insights to support decision-making
- Analyze delivery data to inform future planning processes
- Drive continuous improvement across planning workflows
- Communicate updates clearly to all relevant parties

Work Arrangement and Pay
This is a permanent, full-time position based in Leeds with a hybrid working model: three days in office, two days working from home. Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm.
