About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential software development organization based in Bulgaria. We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join their technical team. This role offers the flexibility of fully remote work from Sofia while supporting operations in Plovdiv.
The position focuses on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation, custom development, and client support. You will work on industry-specific extensions and collaborate with consulting teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations
- Lead project delivery using established development methodologies
- Design and develop custom applications and extensions for Business Central
- Collaborate with consulting teams on deployment and client delivery
- Implement hotfixes, enhancements, and custom solutions based on client requirements
- Demonstrate software capabilities and technical solutions to prospective clients
- Deliver training and consulting services to end users and stakeholders
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central development and implementation
- Strong proficiency in C/SIDE and AL programming languages
- Knowledge of.NET, C#, MVC, and ASP.NET (advantageous)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience delivering training and consulting to technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-directed work style with strong deadline management
- Understanding of SQL Server or relational database concepts
