Responsibilities
This role blends day-to-day executive support with light project coordination. You will:
- Manage inbox and calendar for the Chief of Staff, organizing emails with clear labels, flagging priority items, and handling scheduling to ensure nothing is missed
- Turn meeting notes into actionable task lists, assign owners, and track follow-up through completion
- Coordinate routine financial tasks including payments, invoicing, and organizing documentation such as receipts, invoices, and statements across multiple entities
- Provide operational support for team onboarding and offboarding logistics, event planning, and ad-hoc research requests
- Deliver concise end-of-day summaries highlighting priority items and outstanding follow-ups
