About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential venture-backed technology organization launching cutting-edge AI initiatives. Our client seeks an exceptional AI Full-Stack Developer to join a new department building category-defining products from the ground up. This is a 100% remote position.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in AI and related cutting-edge domains
- Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps
- Drive rapid implementation from prototype to production without corporate bureaucracy
- Architect scalable full-stack solutions for AI-powered applications
- Drive critical technical milestones to position the department for rapid growth
- Report directly to the department founder and collaborate with engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas (or open to relocation/remote arrangements)
- High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in AI and full-stack development
- Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of technical initiatives
- Experience building 0-to-1 products, moving quickly from concept to production
- Strong full-stack development skills across modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on execution over process
