Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential clean energy venture in their search for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join a fast-moving, high-ownership environment. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Europe or the Americas.

Our client is building cutting-edge clean energy technology from the ground up, backed by experienced founders with proven track records in scaling high-growth ventures. You'll work directly with leadership and a world-class engineering team to architect systems, drive strategy, and execute from zero to one without corporate constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute core zero-to-one mechanical design initiatives in clean energy domains
• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid implementation from prototype to production
• Architect scalable mechanical solutions and own critical milestones to position the department for rapid growth
• Take complete end-to-end ownership of mechanical design projects with maximum autonomy
• Collaborate directly with the department founder, engineers, researchers, and commercial leaders

What We're Looking For

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to remote arrangements
• High-agency builder mindset with proven domain expertise in mechanical design and clean energy
• Demonstrated ability to take extreme end-to-end ownership of technical projects
• Experience building and shipping mechanical systems from concept to production
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Track record of fast execution and delivering results in high-growth environments
