Customer Success Advisor -ASEAN (Vietnamese Speaker)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software organization in their search for a Customer Success Advisor to support their APAC operations. This role requires fluency in Vietnamese and English, and focuses on driving product adoption and customer value across the region.

Our talent team is working with a client whose technology enables innovation across architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, and media industries. The Customer Success function is critical to their continued growth and customer retention strategy.

Responsibilities

• Use data-driven signals to proactively engage customers and align product capabilities with their business outcomes
• Establish adoption strategies that increase customer value and deepen product usage across accounts
• Identify at-risk accounts through discovery and analytical skills, then realign them toward success
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Renewals, Channel Partners, Support, and Services teams to support customer outcomes
• Deliver high-quality experiences that deepen customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Uncover expansion opportunities through value discovery and strategic customer conversations

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role
• Proven track record of working independently while driving measurable impact
• Experience navigating cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Experience with SaaS, cloud-based software, or subscription business models
• Familiarity with industries such as architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, or media and entertainment is advantageous
• Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (required)
• Strong business acumen and curiosity mindset with ability to quickly identify customer needs
