CRM Marketing Manager (m/w/d) – Get A Job.ai fashion | Berlin

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in Berlin, and our talent team is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to drive revenue, conversion, and customer retention through relevant, personalized communication strategies.

In this role, you will:

• Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, mobile push, in-app messages, and content cards
• Manage promotional campaigns end-to-end, including forecasting, pricing coordination, implementation, and performance measurement
• Develop and refine lifecycle journeys for customer activation, retention, and long-term engagement
• Drive segmentation and personalization initiatives, creating relevant content, offers, and engaging newsletters
• Analyze CRM and business KPIs including conversion, revenue, ROI, retention, and customer lifetime value through A/B testing and tracking
• Collaborate closely with pricing, business intelligence, product, IT, merchandising, performance marketing, content, and design teams to develop new CRM use cases
• Utilize Braze for campaign management and canvas workflows, working with Looker or comparable BI tools

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in CRM marketing, ideally within e-commerce or fashion retail
• Strong proficiency with Braze: campaigns, canvases, segmentation, Liquid, push notifications, in-app messages, and content cards
• Proven experience with lifecycle communication, promotional campaigns, forecasting, and data-driven optimization
• Strong instinct for conversion-focused copywriting and relevant content creation
• Commercial mindset, technical understanding, and enthusiasm for translating creative ideas into measurable results
• Ownership mentality, strong prioritization skills, and confidence in stakeholder management
• Fluent German and English proficiency (minimum C1 level in both)
• Passion for sustainable fashion and retail trends
