About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential property insurance services organization based in the United States. They work with homeowners across the country who need professional support navigating insurance claims after property damage.

We are seeking a confident, highly fluent English-speaking Appointment Setter to join their remote team. You will communicate with homeowners who have already expressed interest in services, qualify their needs, and schedule appointments with field representatives.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world, though you must be available during U.S. business hours.

Responsibilities

• Respond to homeowners who have engaged with outreach regarding potential property insurance claims
• Speak with homeowners who may need assistance filing insurance claims for property damage
• Make outbound calls to interested or potentially interested homeowners when needed
• Follow provided scripts and appointment-setting systems while maintaining natural conversation
• Answer basic questions and handle objections professionally
• Qualify potential clients and identify homeowners who may have valid reasons to file claims
• Schedule qualified appointments for field representatives
• Update leads and appointments in the CRM system

What We're Looking For

Near-native American English fluency is required. Our client specifically needs someone who is extremely comfortable communicating with American customers and understands U.S. conversational culture. You must be able to have natural conversations rather than simply reading scripts.

You do not need to live in the United States, but experience working with U.S. customers is strongly preferred.

Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound sales, call centers, insurance, real estate, home improvement, or other U.S. home-service industries is a major plus.

Pay

This position offers a $1,000 monthly base salary plus performance-based commission of $200 for every lead that results in a signed client. The performance expectation is approximately 10 signed clients per month, which would result in total monthly compensation of approximately $3,000 ($1,000 base + $2,000 commission). There is no set limit on commission—strong performers can earn significantly more.
