About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI-powered personalization platform serving enterprise clients across retail, financial services, hospitality, and other industries. They are seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join their presales team covering EMEA, based in Czechia or Slovakia.

This is a customer-facing, consultative role where you'll run discovery conversations, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and translate complex platform capabilities into clear business outcomes. You'll need to understand how data flows, integrations work, and how marketing teams actually operate—but you won't be writing code all day.

Our client also expects genuine curiosity about AI and active use of AI tools in day-to-day work—whether preparing for demos, researching prospects, building content, or finding smarter ways to get things done. They're looking for someone who naturally reaches for AI as a productivity multiplier.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery sessions with prospects to understand business challenges, current tech stack, and success criteria
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to specific customer use cases—not generic feature tours
• Build and present solution concepts that translate customer requirements into clear, compelling narratives
• Support the full sales cycle from initial qualification through technical validation to close, partnering closely with account executives
• Handle technical questions and objections, bridging the gap between marketing and IT stakeholder needs
• Prepare and deliver workshop-style sessions for mid-market and enterprise evaluation processes with multiple stakeholders
• Leverage AI tools proactively to accelerate research, demo prep, content creation, and internal workflows
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to ensure proposals align with delivery capabilities
• Contribute to presales assets including demo environments, use case libraries, and reusable content

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Fluent English for presenting confidently, writing clearly, and holding business conversations with senior stakeholders across Europe
• Based in the Czech Republic or Slovakia, comfortable with occasional travel for key customer meetings and team events
• 2–5 years of professional experience in presales, solution consulting, technical consulting, digital/CRM agency work, martech consulting, implementation consulting, technical account management, or similar customer-facing roles
• Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers who understand how buying decisions are made in larger organizations
• Confidence presenting to groups—from 1:1 sessions with CRM leaders to rooms with 15+ stakeholders
• Strong communication and discovery skills with the ability to listen well, ask structured questions, and explain technical concepts in business language
• Curiosity and structured thinking—you enjoy understanding how things work and can break down complex topics logically
• Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) with genuine interest in how AI is changing selling, consulting, and solution-building

Nice to Have:

• Additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, or Dutch) for EMEA coverage
• Experience in SaaS, martech, or the broader digital marketing ecosystem
• Familiarity with CDPs, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or personalization engines
• Hands-on experience delivering demos or running customer workshops
• Understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing operations
• Basic technical literacy with APIs, data integrations, webhooks, SQL, or similar (engineering background not required)
• Experience using AI for content generation, prospect research, or workflow automation beyond basic prompting
• Experience working directly with sales teams and navigating commercial conversations
