ISTA Personnel Solutions is seeking a full-time Construction Project Coordinator for remote-based work on US EST hours, supporting residential and light commercial projects from Central Johannesburg, Johannesburg. Role Overview

As a Construction Project Coordinator, you'll serve as a key operational link between your US-based client, contractors, suppliers, and project teams. Your focus will be managing the administrative and logistical tasks that keep residential and light commercial construction projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with requirements. Working remotely on EST business hours, you'll provide the organised support that allows project managers and field teams to concentrate on delivery and problem-solving in the field.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables across multiple residential or light commercial builds
• Manage communication between clients, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including permits, inspection schedules, and compliance records
• Coordinate site meetings, walkthroughs, and stakeholder visits
• Monitor project budgets, change orders, and expenditure tracking
• Identify and escalate scheduling delays, risks, or logistical bottlenecks
• Support invoicing, payment processing, and vendor management workflows

• Proven experience coordinating construction projects, ideally in residential or light commercial contexts
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly across time zones
• Familiarity with project management software, spreadsheets, and document systems
