Soelberg's Market in Grantsville, Tooele County is seeking a dedicated Freight Crew member to join its full‑time team.

About the Role

As part of the store operations team, the Freight Crew ensures merchandise is received, prepared, and presented efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and productivity.

What You'll Do

• Unload incoming shipments and verify quantities against receiving documents.
• Perform case cutting, price marking, and proper product rotation to keep shelves fresh.
• Arrange displays that are neat, attractive, and compliant with merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and timely replenishment.
• Meet or exceed established productivity targets for cases handled per hour and price updates per hour.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
• Strong attention to detail when marking prices and applying labels.
• Basic math skills for calculating pricing and verifying counts.
• Experience in a retail, grocery, or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on your feet for extended shifts.
