Community Site Manager

Patriot Holdings is hiring a Community Site Manager for our mobile home community in Schuyler, Colfax County, Nebraska. This part-time position offers the opportunity to grow into a full-time role while making a meaningful impact on resident satisfaction and community operations.

Position Summary

As a Community Site Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for residents while overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Schuyler mobile home park. You'll balance resident relations, administrative responsibilities, and property maintenance coordination to keep the community thriving. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with people and takes pride in maintaining welcoming, well-managed residential communities.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage resident leasing, move-ins, and move-outs with attention to detail and customer care
• Respond to resident requests, concerns, and maintenance needs promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and property upkeep
• Monitor lease compliance and assist with lease enforcement when necessary
• Handle rent collection processes and maintain accurate financial records
• Conduct regular community inspections and report on property conditions
• Represent the community professionally at resident gatherings and events

Who We're Looking For

• Prior experience in property management, community management, or resident services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with comfort interacting with diverse residents
• Organizational abilities and attention to detail in administrative tasks
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to respond to community needs
