Join Hardin County School District as a Head Wrestling Coach at North Hardin High School in Radcliff, where you'll lead our wrestling program and develop student-athletes through competitive sport. This is a full-time coaching position offering a 10% annual stipend to drive excellence both on the mat and in the classroom.

About the Role

As Head Wrestling Coach, you'll oversee the complete interscholastic wrestling program for secondary students. This role combines competitive athletics with educational leadership—building a program that reflects school values, engages the community, and challenges athletes to excel. You'll manage program logistics, coordinate with athletic administration, and serve as an ambassador for wrestling in our schools and community.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive wrestling program plan aligned with school and district athletics standards
• Organize and conduct structured practices focusing on fundamental techniques, conditioning, and team strategy
• Instruct wrestlers in individual skills, competitive techniques, and the principles of team dynamics
• Prepare athletes for interscholastic matches and tournaments throughout the season
• Promote wrestling and athletics across the school and surrounding Radcliff community
• Maintain athlete safety, sportsmanship, and compliance with athletic policies and rules
• Track athlete progress, provide feedback, and foster academic and athletic growth
• Collaborate with athletic directors, other coaches, and school administration on program operations

• Proven ability to teach, motivate, and develop student-athletes
