About the Role
As a Subject Matter Expert in Career & Technical Education, you will provide specialized knowledge and guidance to help develop, evaluate, and enhance CTE programs. Working remotely, you'll contribute your expertise to ensure that educational offerings meet industry standards and prepare learners for successful careers in high-demand fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on Career & Technical Education program development, curriculum design, and instructional strategies
- Evaluate and advise on the quality and relevance of CTE content and competency frameworks
- Support the alignment of educational pathways with current industry standards and labor market needs
- Collaborate with educators, trainers, and partners to strengthen CTE program outcomes
- Contribute to the development of training materials and resources that reflect best practices in career and technical education
Required Qualifications
- Substantial subject matter expertise and professional experience in Career & Technical Education or a directly related technical field
- Strong knowledge of CTE standards, curricula, competencies, and program best practices
- Demonstrated ability to assess educational quality and provide strategic guidance on program development and improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with teams and partners
